Trustees and Fundraising

Over a two year period since late 2024, the Trustees have been working hard to update the Hall and its set up to make it an even better amenity for the Village.

Our activities have included setting up a new Small Dole Village Hall CIO*, carrying out various building improvements (with generous support from our Landlords, Hopegar Ltd) and running fundraising events and activities.

We hold committee meetings four times a year to support the running of the CIO and in the past 12 months our fundraising events have included a family Spooky Halloween Walk, Father Christmas event and Carol singing, Coffee morning, Bluebell Walk & Teas and running a Bric-brac stall at the Small Dole Summer Fayre.

Could you volunteer your time to support us by becoming a Trustee?

We are looking for a few more trustees to boost our numbers and capacity (we are currently 7 and can have up to 12 Trustees). Participation in these is voluntary according to availability and specific interest/skills.
