Village Hall Hire in Small Dole
The availability calendar shows existing bookings at the hall, so if for example there is a busy note for a specific time, the rest of the day may be free, so please contact us to see if we can fit your activity in on the same day. Hall Hire Charges
This Schedule of Hire Charges is effective from 1 April 2024 until further notice.
Hire charges will be agreed with the Booking Secretary on first booking. Hirers will be charged according to the following categories:

Hall hire is charged by the hour or part thereof. Minimum booking period is one hour
What is included?
Hall hire includes use of:
- The main village hall
- Kitchen facilities
- Lavatories
- Hall furniture and equipment available at the hall
- Use of the hall car park, subject to availability
The maximum capacity of the hall is 40 people.
The hall can be hired for a single session or on a regular basis, making it suitable for clubs, classes and community groups as well as one-off meetings and events.
